 2. Independence Hall

3.  Beit Hatfutsot (Museum of the Jewish People)

Located on the Tel Aviv University Campus, Beit Hatfutsot looks at the life of the Jewish people both in the past and present. The unique museum uses diorama, videos, and interactive displays to share information, something that was innovative when the museum opened in the seventies and remains impressive to this day. The museum also includes a genealogy center.

4. Eretz Israel Museum

The Tel Aviv area has reportedly been inhabited for some 3,200 years, a detail this museum looks to explore. Visitors will find an array of intriguing exhibits, including coins, pottery, mosaics, craftworks, and Judaica.

5. Archaeological Museum (Jaffa)

In many ways, Old Jaffa – which once served as its own city – is a living museum. Visitors will find old buildings, old pathways, old roads, and plenty of other old features. The Archaeological Museum also offers the chance to view some of the historic artefacts dug up in and around the area.
